Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
Couchek deliver free of charge within England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the highlands) The majority of our deliveries are done on our two man courier, after all these items are normally fairly heavy and need two delivery drivers to lift to the room of choice. The delivery company stay in touch with you right throughout the delivery process e-mailing you once the item has been dispatched. They then call or text you to arrange a day for delivery with a 4 hour delivery slot. They deliver 2 to 3 weeks, however they are not in every area every day.
For all orders, we offer a free delivery service to the ground floor of your house/building. If you require delivery on a floor different than ground floor, you can opt to pay £100 and our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully deliver it to a room of your choice, then unpack, assemble and even plump it if required, leaving it looking a million dollars.
30 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your product, then you can return it within 30 days. Your 30 day period starts from your day of delivery.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging or something similar.
